Welcome to ILZA DESTINATIONS. By booking a tour package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and service providers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services or last-minute cancellations.
Changes & Modifications
- Any changes in itinerary or travel dates are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
- ILZA DESTINATIONS reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to operational or weather conditions.
Travel Documents & Identification
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the trip.
- For Ladakh travel, additional permits may be required, which will be arranged if included in the package.
Accommodation & Transport
- Hotels are provided as per the selected package category.
- In case of unavailability, similar category accommodations will be arranged.
- Transport services are provided as per itinerary and are not at disposal unless specified.
Health & Safety
- Travellers are responsible for their health and fitness during the trip.
- High-altitude destinations like Ladakh may require medical fitness; please consult your doctor if needed.
- ILZA DESTINATIONS is not liable for any health-related issues during the trip.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- Weather conditions in Kashmir and Ladakh can be unpredictable.
- Delays, route changes, or cancellations due to weather, roadblocks, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
- Any additional expenses arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler.
Liability
- ILZA DESTINATIONS acts only as a service provider for hotels, transport, and other services.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage caused during the trip.
- Any disputes with third-party service providers should be addressed directly.
Personal Belongings
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Code of Conduct
- Travellers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local culture and regulations.
- Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
Force Majeure
- ILZA DESTINATIONS shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or any other unforeseen events.

- By booking with ILZA DESTINATIONS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
